Law No. 1.573: Clarifying the Governance of Sociétés Anonymes in Monaco

In the latest issue of Monaco Economie, Arthur Rohmer, Managing Partner, comments on the entry into force of the provisions of Law No. 1.573 of April 8, 2025 relating to sociétés anonymes, following Sovereign Ordinance No. 11.486 of September 18, 2025.

The new framework defines the conditions for the incorporation, governance and operation of SAMs, providing greater legal clarity and predictability for economic players.
